We aim to respond to quotes for transcription and subtitling services within two hours, however, response times can vary depending on workloads, staff capacity and office opening times.
Please note that this quote will provide an estimated figure. We will be able to provide a final figure for services once we have been provided with a video for transcription and subtitling services. For translations, full costs will be provided once we have a script word count available. For transcription, files with poor audio quality or a high number of speakers may be subject to a higher charge.
